Simple Roasted Crock Pot Chicken Recipe

crock pot roasted chicken | @kitchenability

I love making this crock pot roasted chicken recipe because it really makes pulling together a fast and flavorful meal so simple. And by cooking chicken in your crock pot, you’ll end up with really moist meat that’s actually rotisserie-like in flavor. Yum!

Once the chicken is done, you can serve it with classic sides, like mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, etc. Or, you can shred it for tacos or soups. I suggest checking out my popular chicken recipes roundup for even more ideas, like Artichoke Chicken Pizza, Healthy Chicken Tacos and Buffalo Chicken Dip.
