My Favorite Go-To Weeknight Dinner Recipes
We all have those certain meals that become weekly dinner staples. They’re usually meals that are either easy to make, part of your healthy eating plan or cook up well in bulk, so you can make it once and then have it for a few days (giving you a break from cooking).
The three meals that have become staples in our house lately are:
Panko-Crusted Baked Salmon Recipe: This recipe is easy to make and healthy! It’s fun to pair the salmon with different sides week to week, to mix things up.
Chicken Tacos Recipe: We love experimental chicken taco night. These are really easy to make and we’ll often just top out tacos with whatever veggies we have on hand in the fridge.
Tortilla Soup Recipe: This is a great cook-in-bulk recipe. I love making up a big pot of tortilla soup and then eating from it for lunch and dinner over the next couple of days. Delicious!
What about you? What are some of your staple weeknight recipes? I’d love to hear from you.
