I never skip breakfast. And, I like to blog about how important eating a good breakfast every morning is. Have you noticed? 🙂

It’s the one meal a day I stress never to miss. Starting off the day with a good, nutritious meal will really boost your energy and get your metabolism going!

Here are a few of my favorite breakfast recipes:

Hot Oatmeal and Fruit Recipe
For a quick-and-easy breakfast, try a big bowl of plain oats topped with slices of fresh fruit and berries from the farmer’s market. It is delicious!

Drink Your Greens: Green Juice Recipe
If you don’t own a juicer, you should get one. If you do own a juicer, you should try my latest fruit and leafy greens juice concoction. It’s a tasty blast of liquid nutrition.

Kale Banana Smoothie Recipe
Super Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
If you have a blender, it’s fun to experiment with different smoothie blends each morning. These are two of my favorites.

Banana Cinnamon Waffle Sandwich Recipe
This recipe takes the basic frozen waffle breakfast to the next level by adding banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey!

Fruity Pancakes Recipe
Light and Luscious Strawberry-Nutella Crepes Recipe
My pancake and crepe recipes are better bets for the weekend, when you have a bit more time to whip up a tasty spread. But, they’re worth the wait.

How about you? What do you like to make for breakfast?
