8 Peach Recipes for National Peach Month

whiskey peach ice cream | @kitchenability

August is National Peach Month, so I decided to concoct a peach dessert experiment to celebrate.

What I came up with was this: Whiskey Peaches with Brown Sugar & Honey Ice Cream. I blended some peaches into the ice cream itself, and then saved some of the marinated slices to add as a garnish. Delicious!

Also, why not celebrate this August with some Peach Bellinis?! They are cool, refreshing and easy to make in just 5 minutes.

What kinds of peach recipes have you been experimenting with this month?

Here are some other peach recipes I’ve seen on the blogosphere that I want to try:

No-Bake Dessert Recipe: Peach Tarts with Ginger and Coconut (The Kitchn)

Grilled Peaches & Pecans (The Pioneer Woman)

Peaches and Cream Popsicles (Skinny Taste)

White Cherry & Peach Jam (Smith Bites)

Peach-Snickerdoodle Milkshakes (The PĂȘche)

Peach Blueberry Pie (Joy the Baker)

Let me know what kinds of peach recipes you’ve got cookin’. It’s such a sweet and versatile fruit!

Did you know: Peaches are a good source of vitamins A, B and C, and that a medium peach contains only 37 calories?
