Good Morning! Super Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
This blueberry smoothie recipe is the perfect morning pick me up. This super smoothie has all the right ingredients to get you going in the morning, afternoon, or before a big workout.
Blueberries are an excellent antioxidant. And, I love putting cinnamon in my smoothies because it not only adds a nice flavor, it’s also a great metabolism-boosting spice that’s great for your body.
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp plain rice protein powder ( or a protein powder of your choice)
- ¼ cup plain non fat greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Add more blueberries or any of the other ingredients to make it your ideal super smoothie!
