Homemade Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee Recipe

But, before you start spending all of your hard-earned money at Starbucks every morning, why not try making a similarly seasonal drink at home?

Because the weather is still warm in some parts of the country, this version is iced, but you can just as easily make a hot version.

The recipe even includes coffee ice cubes — an awesome idea for keeping your iced coffee beverages cool without watering them down!

Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee

For the ice cubes:
  • 3 cups coffee, brewed
For the whipped cream:
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
For the iced coffee:
  • 4 cups coffee, brewed
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
For the ice cubes:
  1. Brew 3 cups of coffee and pour directly over an ice tray. Freeze overnight.
For the whipped cream:
  1. Pour heavy cream in a large bowl. Add in vanilla and pumpkin spice and whisk till peaks form and the consistency is nice and fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and mix well.
For the iced coffee:
  1. Brew 4 cups of fresh coffee and allow to cool. Once cool, add milk, vanilla, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Put coffee ice cubes in a glass.
  3. Pour your spiced coffee mixture into the glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a little sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
