Low Calorie Cocktails: Gin & Tonic with Cucumber

I originally wrote about this classic gin and tonic recipe (with a cucumber twist) for my Parade Magazine blog. It’s a light, refreshing and low calorie libation that’s perfect for easing into those New Year’s dieting resolutions.

A gin and tonic is one of the lowest-calorie cocktails (under 100 calories, depending on the gin), so you can relax and celebrate with less guilt!

Gin & Tonic with Cucumber

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Hendrick's gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 5 oz tonic water
  • 2-3 slices cucumber
Instructions
  1. Pour gin and lime juice over ice in a glass and mix together.
  2. Pour in tonic water.
  3. Top with fresh cucumber slices and mix well.
