“Preggo Punch” Mocktail Recipe for Pregnant Moms

Preggo Punch Mocktail Recipe - If you're pregnant this holiday season, just because you can't drink alcohol doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy a delicious mocktail! You'll love this fizzy and fruity drink, topped with blackberries and limes!

Lately, drinking water just isn’t always cutting it, especially when I’m craving something a little more interesting and flavorful (and, yes, alcoholic!).

When you can’t have your wine or your beer, and limited caffeine, your choices become very slim as a pregnant lady. Now, don’t get me wrong, giving up booze to have a healthy, happy baby is all well and good, but a mom needs a mocktail once in awhile!

Recently, we had some friends over, and while they were all sitting around chatting, sipping on beer and cocktails, I whipped up this yummy, fruity and fizzy mocktail! It’s delicious, refreshing and, for the most part, low in sugar. And, it has no caffeine! I threw some fresh blackberries and limes on top to add a nice, refreshing touch. Since you can’t have a lot while pregnant, the little things count!!!!

So, for all of those upcoming holiday gatherings and parties, remember to treat yourself. Try this delicious “Preggo Punch” mocktail recipe instead of sipping on yet another glass of water!

"Preggo Punch" Mocktail

  • ½ cup raspberry flavored seltzer water
  • ¼ cup wild cherry flavored seltzer water
  • 1½ Tbsp mojito mix
  • Splash grenadine
  • Blackberries
  • Lime, sliced
  1. Combine all liquids in a glass and mix well.
  2. Top with fresh blackberries and slices of lime and serve.
