Summer Cocktails: Peach Bellinis Recipe
In honor of August being National Peach Month, why not mix up a batch of sweet and refreshing peach Bellinis!
These cool cocktails are great for brunch or as a summer evening refreshment.
And, for another peachy and boozy treat, you must try my recipe for Whiskey Peaches with Brown Sugar & Honey Ice Cream.
- ¼ cup triple sec
- 2 peaches, sliced, pitted, and chopped
- 8 oz Prosecco
- 1 cup ice
- Place the peaches, ice, Prosecco and triple sec in a blender. Blend!
- Once completely blended, pour into two glasses and enjoy!
