Peel crescent rolls apart where dough is perforated. Place a few cooked apples in the center of each roll. Roll up gently. Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Rub about 1 tsp of butter on top of each roll. This will help the cinnamon-sugar topping stick.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar for the topping together and sprinkle the mixture on top of each roll.
Bake rolls according to package instructions.
