Comfort Food: Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

I wanted to quickly share the Chicken Tetrazzini recipe I blogged about for Parade Magazine with my Kitchenability readers.

It’s such a richly delicious yet simple dish to make. Once you’ve sauteed your chicken breasts and cooked your pasta, you just place it all into a casserole dish and mix in a sauce that’s made with mushrooms, spinach and heavy cream. Then, you top it with Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter, and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes and…you’ve got yourself a seriously satisfying chicken-and-pasta dinner.
