Honey-Orange Baked Salmon Recipe
One of my favorite weekly dinner staples is this recipe for Panko-Crusted Baked Salmon, which I blogged about on my website earlier this year. Recently, though, I decided to experiment with this new baked salmon recipe (listed below), and it has quickly become a new favorite!
Serve it with veggies, rice and potatoes on the side, or pair it with a fresh summer salad, like my Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad.
If you like salmon, then this recipe is a healthy and delicious preparation that I know you’ll love!
Note: This recipe was originally posted on my blog at Parade Magazine.
- 1 lb wild salmon fillet
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1½ tsp ground ginger
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Place salmon in a large casserole dish.
- Coat the fillet of wild salmon with the honey, then sprinkle with dried tarragon and ground ginger. Top with the sliced oranges.
- Bake salmon for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, cut the salmon into four pieces, serve and enjoy!
