Shipping Policy

Kitchenability only ships USPS. Kitchenability Inc. only ships orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please keep in mind that while it is not a guaranteed service, USPS could take up to 3-5 business days for deliveries on the East Coast, and up to 7 business days for deliveries on the West Coast. If you would like to request a tracking number, you can do so by emailing info@Kitchenbility.com.

Errors in placing an order

The details of your name billing address, shipping address and mode of payment are critical. Kitchanbility Inc. cannot be responsible for errors in information that are provided to it. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you. The accuracy of the shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt and on time. Kitchenability Inc. cannot be held responsible for returns caused by incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions.
