In addition to the usual Christmas cookie suspects, I also like to add some gluten- and dairy-free sugar cookies to the mix each year. Now, if you’re skeptical, I will tell you: They are actually pretty good! Despite your allergies, you can still enjoy a good Christmas cookie.
