Thanksgiving Recipes: Cranberry Relish Recipe
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and there’s no time like the present to start making plans for the Big Day’s main dishes and sides.
This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes, which adds the perfect complement to everyone’s plates: My easy and tasty Cranberry Relish Recipe!
In addition to pairing well with turkey, this is also a great accompaniment to fish, pork, salads…you name it.
It adds a fresh pop of both sweetness and tartness to your meal. Enjoy!
Cranberry Relish Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 6-oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place cranberries in a blender or food processor
- Cut up the entire orange -- skin and all -- and place them into the blender or food processor
- Cut the apple into good-sized chunks and place them into the blender or food processor
- Blend
- Add the vanilla extract
- Blend once again, until the relish becomes a smooth, semi-chunky texture
- Freeze and leftover relish for future use!
