Bridal Beauty Tips + Healthy Snack Ideas

With my wedding only 90 days away, I have been busy brushing up on my beauty along with my health!

Lauren Conrad offers a lot of great pre-wedding tips and advice in her Bridal Beauty Timeline, like when to start an exercise plan, when to decide on your wedding day hair and makeup and when to get that pre-wedding manicure! I have been following quite a few of her tips.

One pre-wedding beauty regimen I just started is teeth whitening. For teeth whitening, I recommend the 3D whitening toothpaste along with the Crest Whitestrips.

I am also washing my face twice a day (in the morning and at night) with the Mary Kay TimeWise facial kit. And, I am also using Mary Kay Clear Proof for any breakouts.

For exercise, I’m walking my sweet puppy, Archer, each morning just before I head into the office!

I am also trying to opt for healthier snacks throughout the day, and I’m drinking a lot of water — keeping hydrated and healthy!

I have been taking apples with peanut butter to work, and my new favorite healthy snack is cherry tomatoes with red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt and pepper (pictured above).
