Homemade Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee Recipe
‘Tis the season of the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.
But, before you start spending all of your hard-earned money at Starbucks every morning, why not try making a similarly seasonal drink at home?
Because the weather is still warm in some parts of the country, this version is iced, but you can just as easily make a hot version.
The recipe even includes coffee ice cubes — an awesome idea for keeping your iced coffee beverages cool without watering them down!
I hope you give my spicy iced coffee recipe a try. If you do, please let me know what you think!
- 3 cups coffee, brewed
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups coffee, brewed
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Brew 3 cups of coffee and pour directly over an ice tray. Freeze overnight.
- Pour heavy cream in a large bowl. Add in vanilla and pumpkin spice and whisk till peaks form and the consistency is nice and fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and mix well.
- Brew 4 cups of fresh coffee and allow to cool. Once cool, add milk, vanilla, and pumpkin spice.
- Put coffee ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour your spiced coffee mixture into the glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a little sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
