Make a Mug Brownie Right in Your Microwave
So, I’m 9 months pregnant and cravings are happening. And, at this point in pregnancy, well, you cave and make your cravings happen.
Screw calories. I mean, really.
The other night, all I wanted was a good brownie, but I didn’t want to go through all the fuss of actually making a whole tray, or waiting, like, 40-plus minutes for them to bake.
Nope! This pregnant lady wanted that brownie right then and there.
So, I took to Google and stumbled across this delicious mug cake! It was fluffier, like cake, more than brownie-ish, but it was still delicious. I added in 1 Tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips, too, thinking it’d make it a little fudgier.
It definitely satisfied my craving.
