Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl with Granola & Coconut
Have you ever made a smoothie bowl? Sometimes I prefer to eat my smoothies with a spoon. That way, I can add a bunch of yummy toppings to it, like granola, coconut and fresh berries. Simply blend your smoothie the way you normally would, but instead of pouring it into a glass, pour the mixture into a bowl, and then add your favorite toppings.
