Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl with Granola & Coconut
Have you ever made a smoothie bowl? Sometimes I prefer to eat my smoothies with a spoon. That way, I can add a bunch of yummy toppings to it, like granola, coconut and fresh berries.
Simply blend your smoothie the way you normally would, but instead of pouring it into a glass, pour the mixture into a bowl, and then add your favorite toppings.
It’s a healthy and delicious way to start the day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berry medley (mix of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup ice
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp granola
- 2 Tbsp fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix milk, frozen berries and ice together till desired texture. I like mine a little thicker because I like to eat it with a spoon, but blend it to the texture you like for your smoothies.
- Top with coconut, granola and blueberries.
- Enjoy!
