We are gearing up for summer here at Kitchenability! One of my favorite recipes to whip up on those hot summer days is gazpacho. What you’ll love about this gazpacho recipe is how easy it is to make. The cucumbers really give the soup a nice, refreshing taste. And nothing beats the sweetness of a bunch of vine-ripened garden tomatoes.
