Kitchenability Update: Poor Archer + Upcoming Trip to Orlando!

I usually post recipes and cooking tips and tricks, but I thought I’d write a post about what’s been going on with me this week…other than cooking.

Honestly, it’s been quite the week. Archer, my sweet lab mix puppy, got neutered this week. And I will tell you, dealing with a puppy after surgery isn’t easy. Telling him he can’t run, jump, and play is a hard thing to do! We will be getting through the next two weeks the best we can.

I am holding down the fort at home, taking care of my small little family — my two main men Archer and Billy!

I leave for Orlando next week to appear on a new show on the Oxygen network. I am very thrilled about appearing on national TV. I will be blogging while I’m in Orlando — keeping you all updated each step of the way — so, stay tuned!
