The sweetness of the pineapple blends nicely with the spice of the jalapenos, making this a seriously magical chicken marinade.
The recipe below makes enough for four chicken breasts, but it’s easy enough to adjust it to fit the size of your cookout.

Spicy Pineapple Chicken Recipe
Note: Makes enough marinade for 4 chicken breasts
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 whole pineapple, cut and cubed
- 2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 jalapeños
1. Cut the outer skin away from the pineapple and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place pineapple in a food processor or a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Cut and de-seed the jalapeños, add to your pineapple mixture and then blend again. Then, add in all of other ingredients and blend.
4. Place chicken in a container and pour your blended marinade over chicken. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5. Place chicken on the grill and brush with leftover marinade as it cooks. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until done.
Note: Charcoal and gas grills can require different cooking times.
